| @nickalisse I'm guessing he'd say something like areas without air, such as underwater. Conventional Explosives consist of a fuel-oxygen premix which allows them to explode anywhere. The fuel-air bomb or Thermobaric weapon uses the oxygen in the air and consequently gives explosive effects with longer durations. |
